The diamonds used on our jewelry are natural. A store certificate may be provided upon request, and select pieces may come with a gemological laboratory certificate such as GIA.

We currently only offer natural diamonds. Our team of specialists can help source your preferred diamond.

Some styles may be restocked, while others are produced made-to-order. You may send us a message for availability inquiries.

Production timelines are as follows:

• Engagement Rings: approximately 3–5 weeks
• Wedding Bands: approximately 5–8 weeks, including fitting

All of our engagement rings and wedding bands may be customized to your preference. We specialize in crafting pieces that fit your preferred design, quality, and price range.

We offer resizing services for select ring styles. Fees and timelines may vary depending on the design and extent of adjustment needed.

We may accommodate job orders using client-provided stones, depending on the design of the piece and assessment of the gemstone.

We offer complimentary stencil engraving on rings. Alternatively, we offer laser engraving for a minimal fee.

To maintain your piece:

• Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, soap, chlorine, and alcohol.
• Clean by soaking in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 5–10 minutes, then gently remove off any dirt with a soft bristle brush.
• Rinse and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Store pieces separately in pouches or boxes.
• White gold naturally has a faint yellow tone and is plated with rhodium for its silver finish; fading over time is normal.

Due to normal wear and tear, gemstones may loosen in their setting. Regularly check the secureness of your gemstones and bring them in for tightening by our stonesetters.
