Payments

JMA accepts payments through multiple channels:

All major credit cards for transactions done on the website via PayPal

Bank Deposit via AUB or BPI (Account details will be provided upon order confirmation)

Shipping

All orders within Metro Manila will be done free of charge. Provincial orders will be shipped and tracked via Ninja Van with a flat rate of Php 350.

International orders will be processed via FedEx. The price will be available upon request.

Please note that JMA is not responsible for packages once shipped. All package disputes must be resolved through the respective parcel carrier Customer Service.

Note for International Shipping: Shipping costs would only cover the courier charges, insurance surcharges, and applicable local taxes from the Philippines. Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to local import duties, which must be shouldered by the buyer where they may apply.

In-store Pick Up: With respect to the precautionary measures still in place, our in-store pick up method will be by appointment only to ensure the safety of our clients and our team. Please wait for e-mail confirmation that item is ready for pick up before setting an appointment.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are considered final 15 days from date of purchase.

Items sold through our website go through strict quality control procedures. In case of damaged or defective items, contact us at shop@jmajewelry.com within 3 days from receiving the item.

Returns and refunds are subject to inspection.

Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging. Used or incomplete returns may not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. Once approved or denied of this request, you will be informed via email.

Return-related shipping to and from the customer will be borne by him/her.

Care Instructions

In taking care of your JMA piece, please take note of the following:

  • Avoid exposure to chemicals: perfume, soap, chlorine, alcohol, and the like.

  • For white gold products, the natural color is faint yellow, with rhodium plating used to achieve the silver look. As your piece ages with use, it is natural for the plating to fade over time.

  • On cleaning: Soak your jewelry in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 5 to 10 minutes. Gently use a brush with soft bristles to get rid of dirt. Rinse and pat dry with a soft and lint-free cloth.

  • Store your jewelry in individual pouches or boxes in between wearing.

Production Timeline

Given the nature of our made-to-order pieces, please allow for at least 14 business days in production.
